Terms of Service for Authors

1. For each article that you submit to us, you guarantee that you are the original author. In the event that you have hired a ghost writer or copywriter you guarantee that you hold exclusive rights for each article submitted.
2. No guarantees can be offered that all articles submitted will be accepted for publishing on Hey Articles! This is based on the discretion of our site’s editorial team. When published, our editorial team reserves the authority to remove any article at any given time.
3. Our editorial team reserves the authority to allocate a more accurate category in order to make your articles easier to locate and bring targeted users to your article.
4. When you submit articles to Hey Articles!, you authorize us to:
   • Publish the article on Hey Articles! and its directory partners.
   • Publish the article in our RSS for site syndication.
   • Publish the article in our real time and interval newsletters to increase its exposure.
5. As an author on this website, you must accept that Hey Articles! is a free service that operates for publishers and authors. No financial renumeration will be made for any articles submitted to this site, and if and when, in the event, that the article is published. Credit will be appropriately allocated for your article in your ‘resource box’, if any is provided in at the bottom of the article submitted.
6. You accept that you will not submit articles with any affiliate links in the text. If you wish to promote any affiliate please do so one your own down and then link to that site using your ‘resource box’ in your article, if any.
7. Hey Articles! at any time, may decided to translate your article into other languages for our partner sites. In the event that this will happen, your article will remain complete and will include your ‘resource box’, if any.
8. Hey Articles! holds the right to, at any time, modify and add to the terms of service specified on this page. We will notify our general community of any changes made to the site’s terms via our blog.
9. This site reserves the right to include advertising on pages that contain your articles.

Terms of Service for Publishers

1. As a publisher who wants to use any content from this site, you must respect the copyright of the authors of any articles the you want to publish. This is in relation to, but not limited to, the inclusion of 1) the author’s resource box at the bottom of the article, 2) any links provided by the author 3) the article source link at the bottom of the article and 4) the URL link found in your browser’s navigation bar the url indicating where the article can be found on Hey Articles!
2. Change, edits, or rewording any section of the article not written by you is strictly not permitted.
3. If you copy any article, you must adhere to keeping any hyperlinks ‘live’ and active so that any user can still click on the link and be taken to the destination page contained in the link.

5.
