But for some people this may be physically more challenging than for others. So you can still lose weight and exercise less if your plan is structured this way, but you will have to have a more regimented diet. Meaning that you will need to focus on food groups that naturally increase metabolism and monitor your calorie intake closely.

When loosing weight the body will typical lose fatty tissue through out various muscles. No one person will lose weight in the same place at the same time. In a healthy weight loss plan there is something that you should remember. When your body loses that fatty tissue you want to rebuild it with leaner muscle. This will help with your long term goal of continued weight loss because as new lean mussel develops It will typically use up more of the calories you consume. So It becomes important to feed that new mussel with foods that will work with your new program and this helping with your long term weight loss goals.
Weight loss, diet, and exercise all work together in a strong weight loss plan, but none of them really work long term with out some sort of interaction with the other. Your plan for weight loss should balance these for your particular situation. Keeping your health in mind as you create your individual plan is important.
